'Where to go for support' resources

'Where to go for support' cards

The Collaborative has developed a 'Where to go for support' resource that highlights key mental health and other supports available in the Illawarra Shoalhaven region.

The cards are a quick reference guide that you can fold-up and put in your wallet.

Some ways you can get these out into the community include:

- share with your friends, family and colleagues

- hand out to your staff e.g. at staff orientation or on RUOK? Day

- hand out to your clients / customers

- place at your work or school's reception desk.

There are 50 individual cards in each box. You are welcome to order up to 5 boxes at any one time.

The card holds the same information as the generic 'Where to go for support' poster shown below. Please consider downloading and printing the poster above to compliment your needs for this resource as stocks of the card are limited.

Please click here to order cards.

'Where to go for support' posters

The generic version of the 'Where to go for support' poster (pictured left) is available in portrait or landscape.

The young person specific version of the 'Where to go for support' poster (pictured right) is available in portrait.

You are welcome to download and print these posters to suit your needs.

Some ideas for where you can display the poster:

- staff rooms / common areas / back of bathroom doors

- waiting areas / noticeboards.

Thanks to the 2022 headspace Wollongong Youth Reference Group for their review and feedback on the young person version.
